Where do I put in my promotional code?
In the Shopping Cart, enter your promotional code in the box under the Order Summary (top right of page).
Click the Apply Code button.
What are your Shipping Rates?
Shipping charges are based on the destination address, product combinations you order and the shipping method you select. Not all of our products will ship in the same type of containers and some may require separate shipping containers from other products ordered.
We offer Standard, Express, Second Business Day and Next Business Day shipping options. All shipping methods are not available in all areas. The best way to check shipping costs is to see the shipping total in your Shopping Cart.
